Every product is unique, and there is a lot of hard work creating each piece. Since everything is casted, sanded and sealed by hand, there might be air bubbles, which are part of the jesmonite material and inevitable, and the reason for all the gorgeous patterns. Furthermore the product you will receive it will not look 100% as in the pictures, since the exact same colour patterns cannot be achieved. 

Products with air bubbles and difference in colour patterns, do not qualify as damaged goods.

How to care for your product:

• Not dishwasher safe
• Not microwave safe
• Wipe with a damp cloth to clean
• Avoid harmful chemicals or perfumes, especially liquids that could stain
• If you use our products with candles, please put out the candles before they burn all the way down. Although jesmonite is a fire-resistant material, discoloration can still occur due to high temperatures.
• All our products are sealed, which makes them water repellent. However, products made with jesmonite AC100 are not suitable for wet environments, outdoors, or stay in the water. Products made with jesmonite AC730 are suitable for outdoors use. Product descriptions will state if your product can be used outdoors.
