Delivery and Shipment

We ship to all EU countries. Prices, delivery place and shipment provider varies, according to your location at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched you should expect your order within 2-5 business days , unless stated otherwise.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)

Farrago Creations offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs you incur yourself. We only refund the cost of the goods purchased, and not the shipment costs when the goods got received, or when the goods got returned to us.

The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must contact us through the webpage. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item you have returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. Therefore please make sure you package the product properly, so it does not get damaged during return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Every product is unique, and there is a lot of hard work creating each piece. Since everything is casted, sanded and sealed by hand, there might be air bubbles and small imperfections, which are part of jesmonite material and inevitable, and the reason for all the gorgeous patterns. Furthermore the product you will receive it will not look 100% as in the pictures, since the exact same colour patterns cannot be achieved. 

Products with air bubbles and difference in colour patterns, do not qualify as damaged goods.
