Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)

Farrago Creations offers a 14 days refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs you incur yourself.

The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must contact us through the webpage. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you information on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Condition of the item you wish to return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. Therefore please make sure you package the product properly, so it does not get damaged during return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Every product is unique, and there is a lot of hard work creating each piece. Since everything is casted, sanded and sealed by hand, there might be air bubbles and small imperfections, which are part of jesmonite material and inevitable, and the reason for all the gorgeous patterns. Furthermore the product you will receive it will not look 100% as in the pictures, since the exact same color patterns cannot be achieved. 

Products with air bubbles and difference in color patterns, do not qualify as damaged goods.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Farrago Creations in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider the maximum of 14 days as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund the full purchase price including shipping costs, in case of damaged and faulty goods.

The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

Farrago Creations covers return costs (if so is required) to a reasonable extent.
